Further to that, Ian’s calm approach coupled with his experience, helps his clients, resist the urge to make emotional & potentially damaging financial decisions.

Laura Whitehead, Financial Adviser
Laura has recently joined as an independent financial adviser. She has 10 years’ of experience within the industry, offering a wealth of knowledge covering pensions, protection, investments, and IHT planning.
Laura is known for delivering accurate advice, and recommendations, bespoke to her clients’ own unique objectives.

Lauren Hudson, Paraplanner
Lauren works alongside Ian as a Paraplanner at Sterling & Law Hampshire. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2012, where she built a strong foundation through a variety of administrative and paraplanning roles, supporting local financial advisers. Lauren brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a strong understanding of the technical and administrative aspects of financial planning.
Laura Fox, Administrator
Laura joined the team in 2021 as an Administrator, working alongside Ian and Lauren. Day-to-day, Laura supports the practice across a range of administrative responsibilities, including client communications and helping to ensure the smooth running of the office. She brings with her extensive experience from the property sector, as well as a background in Business Development with a leading hotel group.
Becky Fitall, Administrator
Becky joined the team in 2026, bringing with her over 14 years of experience supporting financial advisers in a variety of administrative and compliance roles. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive industry knowledge and a meticulous approach to her work. Becky’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional support make her an integral part of the team.
