Laura Bailey, Financial Adviser
Laura has recently joined as an independent financial adviser. She has 10 years’ of experience within the industry, offering a wealth of knowledge covering pensions, protection, investments, and IHT planning.
Laura is known for delivering accurate advice, and recommendations, bespoke to her clients’ own unique objectives.

Lauren works alongside Ian as an administrator and Office Coordinator.
Laura Fox, Office Administrator
Laura began working alongside Ian and Lauren as an Office Administrator in October 2021. Prior to joining, she worked in the property sector for many years, and previously for a leading hotel group in Business Development. Laura intends on continuing to develop her skills to train as a paraplanner and then financial adviser.
Mike Tew – Paraplanner
Mike joined Sterling & Law – Hampshire, after gaining over a decade of financial services experience in a variety of roles. In his spare time, Mike loves a spot of fishing, walking his dog, and going to the gym. On top of his current role in the business, he is currently studying to become an independent financial adviser.
