Most teachers know that the TPS is an exceptionally good scheme.  Many are acutely aware of how much money they contribute each month.  Beyond that, for some, the details can become a bit foggy.

There have been some huge changes to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme in recent years and for many this has become confusing.

The majority of schools have staff in each of the three Teachers’ Pension arrangements. Each arrangement accrues benefits in a different way and has a different normal retirement age. Therefore, it can be difficult to know where to turn for accurate, credible guidance.

These seminars are designed for anyone who is a member of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme regardless of what stage they are at in their teaching career, including:

Pensions & retirement seminars for teachers. Where and when?

There are two ways we deliver these free pensions seminars.

Option 1: We come to you

We are happy to deliver a presentation at a time and location to suit the needs of your staff.  This might be as part of a staff meeting, an inset day or as a standalone presentation at the end of a school day.

We will be running a small number of free-to-attend events in Hampshire and the surrounding areas throughout the coming year.

These will benefit anyone who is not currently teaching and anyone who works in a school that is not offering sessions in-house.

We would also welcome representatives from any school considering booking a session and wishing to experience the presentation first hand.
